Track & Field

The first Malone Panthers Track & Field team first competed in May 2022. They had a very successful first season with several team members representing in USATF Nebraska Association Junior Olympic Championships, USATF U-20 Outdoor Championships, AAU Region 14 Qualifiers, USATF Region 8 Junior Olympic Championships and USATF National Junior Olympic Championships. As well having Dajaz Defrand being named the Gatorade Nebraska Girls Track & Field Athlete of the Year! We strive to serve all student-athletes throughout the Lincoln community, and care about each and every student-athlete. We set out to make a positive physical impact, that also positively impacts our student-athletes mental stability. 

The Panthers were formed to give all student-athletes regardless of status an opportunity to compete on a high level. Allowing them to put to use and showcase their skills and talents. Currently they participate in local, regional and national meets for youth ages 7-18. Student-athletes can be 6 as long as they turn 7 in the same calendar year, and cannot be 19 before August 7th.
